The ideal candidate
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Medium level of English
- Salvamar certification is an advantage
- Abilities and first aid knowledge techniques

It monitors the aquatic area (indoor / outdoor) and intervenes in emergency situations.

Sales Specialist

Requirments:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in health&spa club services and treatments/ hotels field
- Results focused
- Customer focused mindset
- Persuasive communicator

Job description

The Sales Specialist  identifies business opportunities to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings
Responsabilities:
• Participate in planning and executing the strategies and sales activities
• Maintaining relationships with business accounts and sourcing new business opportunities
• Selling and negotiating packages
• Identifying and understanding customer needs, actively and proactively
• Sending financial and technical offers and monitoring them until the decision date
• Composing and sending out group & event offers
• Contracting and negotiating contract terms
• Managing existing accounts
• Performing results against targeted revenues and /or exceeding these
• Making and reporting the weekly activity plan at the end of every week, containing
all sales activities for the following weeks

 

Receptie SPA/CLUB


• Minimum 1 year experience;
• Fluency in English;
• Customer service orientation;
• Communication skills - verbal and written;
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
• Handle and resolve customer requests;
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource;
• Manage customers' accounts;
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions;
• Maintain customer databases;
• Follow up on customer interactions;
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
