Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and tracking for preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Maintenance team coordination
  • Coordination of installation, exploitation, maintenance, equipment and installations repair works
  • Discovering and removing problems that may occur in sanitary, electrical, thermal and ventilation installations and other technical problems that may occur in the building
  • Monitoring and participating in daily repair works and maintenance activities in order to maximize the use of equipment and machinery
  • Providing technical assistance to the  maintenance company
  • Preparation of maintenance reports in case of maintenance interventions
  • Monitoring and completing the parameters in daily checklist of technical spaces & ventilation conditioning installations
  • Analyzing maintenance works (preventive or corrective) in order to improve the methods of realization, to reduce the duration of intervention and the corrective works in favor of preventive ones
  • Analyzing maintenance costs and proposing ways to improve
  • Managing the purchase of spare parts, consumables and inventory of spare parts
  • Quantitative and qualitative reception of materials
  • Keeping in touch with suppliers
  • Consumption Management (Electricity, Gas, Water)

 Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in the field
  • Experience in coordinating a team
  • Technical studies
  • English - medium level
  • Knowledge of PC operation
  • Attention to details
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Initiative
  • Flexibility
  • Organized, responsible, serious person

 

 

Receptie SPA
• Minimum 1 year experience;
• Fluency in English;
• Customer service orientation;
• Communication skills - verbal and written;
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
• Handle and resolve customer requests;
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource;
• Manage customers' accounts;
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions;
• Maintain customer databases;
• Follow up on customer interactions;
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
