The 12 Rounds box program aims to initiate you into professional boxing techniques, offering a complete workout that mixes together both basic boxing techniques and specific conditioning. The purpose of this program is to provide you, during each training session, with the opportunity to learn and perfect your arm swings. You can expect a tough but fun training that includes specific boxing instructions.
The main benefits of the 12 Rounds program include relieving tension and stress, rapid burning of calories and the development of muscle strength, improving concentration and strengthening joints and ligaments.
Minimum admission age: 14 years.
Number of participants: 12.
The 12 Rounds program class takes 60 minutes and includes heating part, 12 three-minute rounds with one-minute interval between each round and the final part (stretching, breathing techniques).
