Pilates is a type of workout that increases muscle strength and tone through exercise, training the muscles as a whole to avoid overloading a single muscle group, growing body resistance and physical mobility and correcting bodily posture.

Aqua Gym or water gymnastics is a type of workout in the swimming pool that helps you increase your mobility and improves your blood circulation without applying pressure on your spine or joints.

Step Dance & Tone is a step workout that provides you great muscle tonus, increases your physical strength and ensures an efficient fat burning process, the music being a very important part in stimulating and mastering the exercises’ intensity.

Body Workout Class trains the entire muscular system and mixes three different types of exercises in order to increase your strength and endurance: weight-lifting circuits with a 30-second shift in pace, cardio pliometry and functional training exercises.

Yoga is a type of workout that promotes mindfulness, the control of breathing techniques and a positive relationship with one’s own body through a series of fluid exercises that improve posture, flexibility and mobility and reduce anxiety and stress level.

TRX Flow is a type of exercise that uses one’s own weight and gravitational force in various inclination planes, approaching the body as an integrated system, not as muscle groups as a traditional workout does, all in order to perform a variety of exercises that increase strength, flexibility, balance and mobility.

Legs & Abs is an aerobic class that mixes exercises for two large muscle groups – feet and abdomen – aiming to strengthen and define abdominal muscles and buttocks, tone the legs and help you lose extra weight.

Zumba is a dynamic workout that mixes fitness and aerobic exercises with latino dance moves (such as salsa, samba, merengue) to train all muscle groups, tone the body and improve the well functioning of the cardiovascular system, but also to provide you lots of amusement and fun.

Yogalates is a workout that mixes meditation and mindfulness elements from Yoga technique and toning, balance and mobility elements specific to the Pilates method to increase physical strength, flexibility and coordination, but also to improve body posture and reduce daily stress level.

Steel Training is the result of a dynamic combination of weight and cardio training that tones the muscles using weight-based exercises such as squats or push-ups, improves bone density and stability and connects you psychologically to the dynamic energy of the rhythm of music.

Beat-Boxing is a class that uses HIIT training principles which mix combinations of boxing and kickboxing blows with short, dynamic stretching moments on exciting musical rhythms  in order to accelerate fat burning process and increase physical strength.

Bosu Postural is a type of training that mixes the precision of aerobic movements with fun exercises performed on a 65 cm sphere in order to develop balance, strength, stability and endurance and strengthen the central area of the body, helping you to regain bodily balance.

Nike Training Club (NTC) is a workout inspired by Nike’s top athletes and master trainers, based on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises that use both body weight and accessories such as bands of resistance or dumbbells to increase the metabolic rate of the body.

Body Pump is a cardio and strength class that uses weights, dumbbells and balls to perform an intensive strength training that increases pulse rate and works all parts of the body in order to shape a firm muscular system, reduce body fat and increase muscle mass, bone strength and density through squats, jumps and other types of specific exercises.

Total Body is a workout that uses the disc tray, dumbbells and step to simultaneously tone all the main muscle groups while helping the body adjust to the various physical exercise thresholds.

TRX Functional is a class that trains all body muscles using one’s own body weight in various inclination planes to work Interval Training, Strength or Cardio exercises, and is recommended in recovery exercises for people who suffer from joint or back pain.

Power Plus is a mid-to-advanced body weight training that mixes various toning exercises with isometric and endurance exercises to help you gain physical strength and improve your muscular condition. Be stronger! Be faster! Be better!

Stress Release is a type of training that focuses full attention on the awareness of your body, emotions and breathing technique in order to reduce anxiety, increase muscle flexibility and create a permanent sense of calm and relaxation.

Stretching workout uses specific aerobic exercises that allow the body to regain its flexibility in order to eliminate daily muscle tension and reduce both physical pains and emotional imbalances.

Total Abs is a type of dynamic workout that mixes cardio and static elements to improve the well functioning of fat burning metabolism, eliminate the fat excess and reshape the abdomen.

Power Bands is an innovative classroom training concept where participants learn how to properly perform exercises using Power Bands elastic bands while developing their functional strength, mobility, flexibility and stability.

Yin Yoga is a type of workout that uses Yoga basic techniques in order to increase joint flexibility and unlock the body’s major energy channels for better blood circulation and an effective energy flow that stops the aging process and rejuvenate the body’s natural tone.

The Kickbox class is a type of training that uses boxing techniques, martial arts and aerobic exercises to challenge your body muscles in order to melt fat excess, providing greater protection against cardiovascular disease and liberating the mind from negative thoughts.

Power Stretch is a workout that aims to fully reshape the body by toning the muscles using relaxing and breathing exercises like stretching  in order to reduce cellulite, correct body posture and improve blood circulation.

Khai-Bo is the most entertaining and intense cardio class you will participate into. A mix of combat and fitness exercises, a MC instructor, dynamic music beats, all coming together to help you leave the gym with less calories and so much excitement!

She is Professor of Physical Education and Sports, Trainer accredited by Balanced Body Pilates University, Trainer of EXO Chair Pilates and Trainer of hipo-progressive gymnastics and postural re-education. Always positive and paying attention to the smallest details, Marga helps her clients to overcome any limit and to get into their best physical shape

Valentin practiced professional athetism for 12 years. Also, he won the second place in the Balkan Championshim “European Games”, four national championship titles, two silver medals and three bronze medals in the high jump probe. Valentin has 5 years of experience in fitness and personal training. He graduated the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports and has a Masters degree in Athletics Specialisation. Valentin is an open person, optimistic, with sense of humous, full of energy. He enjoys outdoor trainings and dynamic exercise. Motto: “Life has no limits, except those that you set for yourself.”

Vlad Bucsa is one of our qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor at Stejarii Country Club. He is a triple World Champion and double National Champion in Ashihara Karate and a person who is truly passionate about health and fitness. His goal is to help people achieve their goals. He strongly believes that movement means health. “Challenge Yourself! Train with me and let’s architect your body!”.

From her standing position as Fitness Manager, Iulia is responsible for coordinating Stejarii Country Club’s fitness zone, managing the team of professional trainers and setting up personal training appointments. Iulia has earned the title of Elite Master Trainer on Personal Training while attending the Scandinavia School and has over 10 years of experience in collaborating with numerous high end sports clubs. Another thing that sets Iulia apart is the fact that she was a professional athlete for over 8 years and was a high jump national champion. She is also a graduate of the Romanian-American University’s Management and Marketing Faculty and is on her way to recieve a Master’s Degree in nutrition from the Sports and Physical Education University

Erwah’s entire life was marked by his passion for sports. At age 7 he began practicing professional sport – football and martial arts. Over the years he won numerous national titles in Jiu-Jitsu and Kick-boxing. His practical experience was completed by his studies in sport and physical therapy at the National University of Physical Education and Sport in Bucharest. Erwah is a physical therapist, physical coach, personal trainer and doctor in human motricity science.

Gloria is a member of Gifted Education and has special training in psycho pedagogy, socio-educational animation and yoga for children. As a result of direct experience with children, she developed “Move and Ballance” program, combining games and movement so that children learn and improve their age-specific motor skills in a fun, dynamic way. Gloria Tone has been licensed in kinesiotherapy and has been working in the Fitness Group for more than 10 years. Since 2010 her interest in yoga practice has been followed by several training courses in Hawaii, Bali, England (200h YTT, yoga for pregnant women, children yoga, yin yoga). Gloria is also a personal development coach with certifications in NLP, Theta healing, light mandals, reiki, Bach floral remedies and gifted education under the guidance of Professor Florian Colceag.

For Denisa, sport has transformed from career into game. At the age of 5 she began to practice artistic gymnastics and the aerobic gymnastics, and 20 years later, after becoming the European and World Vice-Champion in Gymnastics, she returned to the gym as coach. She is a member of AEROS and in the meantime she has not stopped practicing sports, learning about sports and teaching sports as a fitness group instructor.

Denisa graduated from the NATIONAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS UNIVERSITY, both license and master studies, has been active in this field since 2009, and during those years she learned that when people practice sports, they need to load the instructor’s energy to feed their own motivation. Thus, Denisa believes that when we do sport together we share energy and this helps us achieve great physical results, a strong psychic and a happier soul.

Bianca graduated from the National Academy of Physical Education and Sport, the Physical Therapy Department, has a master in Nutrition and Corporal Remodeling, as well as she has postgraduate preparatory studies. Former sports performer at the athletics section of Dinamo Bucharest sports club, Bianca excelled in speed tests, obtaining various medals and titles nationally and internationally recognized. Initiator of the Steel Program in Romania, Bianca is currently instructor of Aerobic, Step, Dance, Rebound, Functional Training, Steel Tonic, Training Steel, Pilates and Yoga.

Costin is a martial arts expert, with over 12 years of experience in kickboxing and muay Thai. His involvment in strength classes is obvious because of his prefectly defined phisique. His classes are always packed and he often has to rearrange the equipment in order to allow everybody to practice properly. He cares deeply for his pupils and their performance. When they’re ready to give up he always pushes them to surpass their limits and is very, very motivating. “If you care about what you do and you are really involved in it, people will sense it and come to you.”

Sports lover since childhood, Adrian started his career at a local football team in Teleorman. His love for fitness appeared 6 years ago at one of the international Fitness Scandinavia conventions, when he set out to perform on the scene of this event, a dream that came true in 2018.

Adrian is licensed in Physiotherapy and studies Nutrition at the National University of Physical Education and Sports, having a 6 years experience in health domain (kinetoterapia, massage, fitness, aerobic, nutrition). Passionate about Steel Training, Corex & Postural, Procedus, Fight Klub, HIT vs HiiT and Pilates, Adrian is also the creator of the MOTRIC program, one of the most complex physical remodeling programs.
