Padel enjoys popularity both in the world of professional players and in small groups of family, friends or business partners, precisely because it has some flexible rules and does not require a special physical condition. Also, padel is a sport dedicated to players of any age, regardless of the individual level of training, being less physically demanding than the rest of the racquet sports, although it combines specific elements of both tennis (the existence of an opponent) and squash (frequent direction changes that mobilize the entire body).

Game Rules

Padel is an excellent team sport, where the relationship with the game partner is fundamental in order to win the match.

The walls that delineate the playing field are considered the third “player” in the padel games, as they offer double chance of ball recovery and make balls shifts to last longer.

The equipment is made up of a ball simmilar to tennis ball and a padless palette called “paler”, similar to the ping pong blades and extremely easy to handle.

It is always played in two teams, and the service runs diagonally.
