Alessandro practiced water polo for 7 years at the Rapid club where he was multiple national champion and continued with another 2 years of boxing at the Dinamo club. Following the decision to become a personal trainer and fitness instructor, he followed several specialisations: Trigger Points, TRX, Power Bands, Dynamic kettlebell, Kettlebell and Weightlifting level 1 and 2 and Strength and conditioning. He is currently continuing his studies in the field of Kinesiotherapy.
