Antrenati-va asemenean unui atlet! Verificati programul claselor de grup si includeti antrenamentul favorit in rutina dvs. zilnica de antrenament!

*O clasa dureaza 50 de minute; 10 minute sunt rezervate curateniei in sala, dupa fiecare antrenament.

**Programul poate suferi modificari. Acestea vor fi anuntate cu 24 de ore in avans.  Daca unul dintre antrenori nu poate sustine o clasa (din motive personale sau exceptionale), clasa va fi sustinuta de catre un alt antrenor (in masura in care acest lucru este posibil).
