Kickboxing

Toning, balance, flexibility, strength and total control – these are the main benefits of kickboxing classes at Stejarii Country Club. Mixing sports boxing techniques with martial arts and high-intensity physical exercises, kickboxing courses are a perfect alternative to regular cardio workouts.

Kickboxing courses start with heating exercises and gradually increase their intensity. Kickboxing is a training that call up the entire body and uses knee, foot and punch kicks, but also includes push-ups and abdomen exercises for more physical strength and flexibility.

Why kickboxing?

Kickboxing training involves a strong psychological component and helps you build and maintain your mental balance either in a physical struggle or in daily interactions with those around you. Thus, you always think about advantages and disadvantages of your next move and manage to better channel your effort to neutralize your opponent’s strength.

As a result of kickboxing classes, you learn how to discourage potential attackers, avoid physical strikes and to quickly reped to disarm or immobilize your opponent while concentrating your entire body power in your hitting techniques.

Yes, hitting the boxing bag repeatedly helps relieving stress, anger or anxiety, providing you a sense of relief and inner peace. In addition, kickboxing courses are an effective way to cope with your nervousness, especially as kickboxing is a form of physical exercise that generates endorphins in the body, directly responsible for your daily level of optimism.

KYOKUSHIN KARATE & KICKBOXING TRAINER

Sensei Nicolae Stoian is a European and International Karate Kyokushin champion, and also 11 times National champion between 2000-2012. He has 23 years of experience of fighting in competitions, winning 11 European medals. At the same time he gained a lot of experience as a teacher during the 17 years of teaching Karate Kyokushin and Kickboxing in private schools and clubs.

Eduard has been practicing martial arts since 1998, winning the title of National KickBoxing Champion in 2015, being the national champion and senior national champion (2010-2016) and international champion at the Moldovan and Hungarian Championships (2015-2016).
