14. DO NOT drink liquids from the same bottle/ glass with other persons and do not use the same cutlery

15. Food and drinks are consumed solely in open spaces/ open air- terrace

16. Get informed on the new coronavirus solely from official sources!

17. Show a preventive attitude to any case, as the virus may be also spread by persons without specific symptoms

18. Tell immediately to the family physician if you traveled to areas affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19). If you cannot contact the family physician, call the Public Health Directorate in your county and ultimately 112

19. Stay home if you have flu or cold symptoms (cough, fever, breathing difficulties) and call the family physician in order to ask for advice, DO NOT go right away to the emergency facilities.

20. Observe the markings and signs, both in case of movements within the premises and stays

21. Save the period of intense physical activities, you must wear the mask during your presence in the room

22. The number of sportsmen training at a certain time will be limited according to the room capacity in order to keep the safety distance so that each person would benefit from at least 7 sqm.

23. The duration of the trainings is limited so that a clear time schedule for the disinfection and the rigorous airing of the room may be established.

Rules in the fitness area applicable within the COVID-19 pandemic

1.  The access is allowed solely based on a prior scheduling. Please comply with the schedule time bracket. In case the scheduled time not complied with, the access will not be provided anymore.

2. Save the intense physical effort period, you must wear the face mask in the common spaces and during your presence in the room, which for an efficient protection, it must cover both the mouth and the nose;

3. The respiratory hygiene is compulsory (cough and sneeze into the elbow or in disposable handkerchief that is to be thrown immediately in the garbage bin);

4. It is recommended to avoid touching your face with the unsanitized hands;

5. Please wash or sanitize your hands before and after the completion of the training.

6. Upon entering the room, please wipe your footwear soles on the disinfectant mats;

7. Comply with the delimitations of the exercise spaces;

8. Avoid within the premises the contact and the interaction with other persons (hand shaking, hugging) and please stick to the verbal greeting;

9. Keep a minimum 2 m distance towards any other person in the common spaces and minimum 4 m to any other person in the training area (7sqm are assigned to each person). The training area has a 580 sqm surface area, and during this period, it has an immediate capacity of maximum 84 persons (the limit number of persons that may be simultaneously in the training area).;

10. Before and after you use any device/equipment, please wipe it with disinfectant solution;

11. Do not train in circuit, using more devices (save where you train in an area with free body and personal used accessories/ material and after each use, wipe them with disinfectant solution and put them back in their place);

12. Do not consume food within the premises, save bottled water and do not use containers also used by other persons.

Rules of access to the changing facilities applicable within the COVID-19 pandemic

1. The access to the changing facility is allowed solely to a limited number of persons simultaneously: maximum 40 ( out of which 5 in the Platinum area), 4sqm being assigned to each person. Please reduce at the minimum your presence in the changing facility in order to enable its use also by other persons under safety conditions.

2. The joint use of the showers, sauna is not allowed.

3. Comply strictly with the personal hygiene rules recommended by the authorities.

4. Keep a distance of minimum 2 m towards any other person.

5. Avoid the direct contact with other persons and the crowded areas.

6. Limit at the maximum any direct contact with other persons, by gestures such as: hand shaking, hugging, cheek or hand kissing, touching the faces with hands.

7. Do not get about and stay more than it is necessary, do not interact with other persons more than it is necessary.

8. Avoid touching surfaces that are frequently also touched by other persons.

9. Wash frequently your hands with water and soap for minimum 20 seconds, compulsorily upon entering the premises.

10. Wash/ sanitize your hands alter you touch objects that may be also touched by other persons.

11. Do not touch your face, eyes, nose or mouth with the unsanitized hands.

12. The respiratory hygiene is compulsory (cough and sneeze into the elbow or in disposable handkerchief that is to be thrown immediately in the garbage bin).

13. Save the intense physical activities and the use of shower, you must wear the face mask during your presence within the premises. The mask must cover both the mouth and the nose.

14. Do not consume in the changing facilities food, save bottled water and do not use containers also used by other persons. DO NOT drink liquids from the same bottle/ glass with other persons.

15. Please comply with the requests of our personnel in relation to the access to such areas.

16. Address our team if you notice any irregularity.

Regulations for activities for children applicable within the COVID-19 pandemic

The activities dedicated to children are carried out solely provided that all the measures intended for the prevention and spread of COVID-19 are complied with and in compliance with the effective regulations.

The children’s access to the activities carried out within Stejarii Country Club will be allowed by complying with as follows:

1. Prior scheduling;

2. The verification of the temperature by authorized personnel, upon entering the premises. If the temperature exceeds 37,3 degrees C, the access will not be allowed;

3. The absence of the respiratory virus symptoms;

4. Wearing by each child of over 5 years old of the protection face mask in the accessible closed premises, during his/her presence within the premises.

5. Keeping the recommended distance of min. 1,5m between two persons, maximum 3 children at a working space during the activities.

6. Cleaning the hands with solutions/ materials provided by Country Club;

7. Filling out the COVID-19 specific questionnaire by the parent/ tutor;

8. Within the limit of 10 children/ hour, with age from 3 to 12 years, exclusively for the members of Stejarii Country Club;

9. The accompanying persons will wait outside the club.

10. The child must be present in the concierge area 15 minutes before the beginning of the activity for which he/she was scheduled

11. If the time for which he/she was scheduled is not complied with, the scheduling will be cancelled;

12. There is a 60-min-break between the activities for the disinfection of the used premises

The symptoms include: -the most common signs: fever, breathing difficulty (increased respiratory rate), cough, sore throat, fatigue, muscle pains, etc.; – rare ones: headaches, nausea, diarrhea;

2. The access is allowed solely based on prior scheduling. Please comply with the scheduled time bracket. If the scheduled time is exceeded, the access will not be allowed anymore.

3. Wash frequently your hands with water and soap for 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer; Disinfecting your hands is compulsory before and after the training, before and after you use objects that may be also used by other persons;

4. During training, you sanitize your hands whenever is possible, during the breaks;

5. Cover your mouth and nose in case of cough or sneeze with your elbow or a paper handkerchief and throw immediately the handkerchief followed by the sanitizing of your hands;

6. Avoid touching your face, eyes, mouth, nose with the unsanitized hands;

7. Clean and sanitize rigorously all the sport equipments and materials after every use;

8. It is forbidden to spit saliva in the training premises;

9. Food and drinks are consumed solely in open spaces/ open air- terrace;

10. Going to and from the training area must comply with all the protection measures ordered by the authorities.

Please:

1. Reach the class 10 minutes before the beginning of the class in order to arrange the equipment in the marked place.

2. Keep a minimum 2m distance towards other persons in any spaces other than the training areas and minimum 4 m towards any other person in the training area (10 sqm/person are assigned);

3. Do not get about in the training area if it is not necessary.

4. Avoid within the premises the contact and the interaction with other persons (hand shaking, hugging) and stick to the verbal greeting;

5. The trainers limit solely to show the correct way to do the exercises and to give verbal indications in order to explain and correct the way of doing the exercises (keeping a minimum 2 m distance);

6. Two or several persons do no use simultaneously one sole device/ equipment/ accessory.

7. Use a sole type of device or accessory in the same training session

8. Do not use the mobile phone during the trainings;

9. At the end of the class, leave the training area in an organized way keeping the recommended distance;

Regulations for the indoor swimming pool applicable within the COVID-19 pandemic

1. The access is allowed solely based on prior scheduling. Please comply with the scheduled time bracket. If the scheduled time is exceeded, the access will not be allowed anymore.

2. Wash frequently your hands with water and soap for 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

3. Washing your hands frequently is preferred to glove wearing.

4. Cover your mouth and nose in case of cough or sneeze with your elbow or a paper handkerchief and throw immediately the handkerchief followed by the sanitizing of your hands; The respiratory hygiene is compulsory (cough and sneeze into the elbow or in disposable handkerchief that is to be thrown immediately in the garbage bin).

5. Avoid touching your face, eyes, mouth, nose with the unsanitized hands.

6. You must wear the (medical/non-medical) face masks in the common spaces, which for an efficient protection must cover both the mouth and nose. The swimmers must keep the mask solely until they get into the pool.

7. It is forbidden to spit or blow your nose in the pool. If it is necessary, the restroom is used for such purposes before getting into the pool.

8. In order to enter the pool area, you must pass through the shower in order to wash your legs.

9. Going to and from the training area must comply with all the protection measures ordered by the authorities.

10. In the pool, the maximum pool capacity is 50 persons, and each swimmer is allotted an exclusive surface area of at least 12 sqm. The access (including to the pool) will be provided by complying with the distance of at least 2 meters between persons and as long as the overcrowding is avoided.

11. The maximum capacity of a pool lane is 3 persons, with distance of at least 12 linear meters between swimmers.

12. The maxim capacity in the common space around the pool is of ____ persons, in order to comply with the safety space of 7 sqm/ person.

13. It is forbidden the exchange of materials or devices between clients (floats, swimming paddles, swimming goggles , etc.).

7. It is forbidden to spit saliva in the training premises;

8. Food and drinks are consumed solely in open spaces/ open air- terrace;

9. Going to and from the training area must comply with all the protection measures ordered by the authorities;

10. Avoid within the premises the contact and the interaction with other persons (hand shaking, hugging) and stick to the verbal greeting;

11. Comply with the delimitations of the spaces for exercises, marked on the ground/floor in the training place, intended for each person, in order to provide a safety distance between the participants;

12. The trainers limit solely to show the correct way to do the exercises and to give verbal indications in order to explain and correct the way of doing the exercises (keeping a minimum 2 m distance);

13. The time bracket between classes was extended to 30 minutes for the sanitization process.

Please:

1. Reach the class 10 minutes before the beginning of the class in order to arrange the equipment in the marked place;
