After its reopening on March 31st, the restaurant within Stejarii Country Club enters a new chapter, where culinary refinement and the contemporary expression of design come together in a cohesive experience. The concept reflects a natural evolution of the existing identity, preserving the essence of the space while reinterpreting it in a modern, balanced and sophisticated manner.

Under the coordination of our new Executive Chef, Cristian Frățieanu, the kitchen embraces a contemporary direction, built around Mediterranean and Asian influences, supported by the rigor of French techniques and the careful selection of premium ingredients. The menu becomes an expression of balance between taste, texture and presentation, offering an elegant gastronomic experience defined by subtlety.

The design, created by Pick Two Studio, complements this vision through a carefully calibrated intervention, where transformation does not replace, but rather continues the existing narrative. The material palette is enhanced with contemporary accents, while the dialogue between textures, light and vegetal elements creates a warm, sophisticated atmosphere with a sense of understated luxury.
