Value Gift Voucher

For complete freedom of choice, you may opt for a value-based gift voucher with a fixed amount. The recipient will be able to choose their preferred treatments from the Shiseido Spa menu, within the available voucher value, at the time of booking.

Value gift vouchers are available exclusively at the Shiseido Spa reception.

Regardless of the option chosen, the gift voucher includes access to the relaxation area (Vitality pool, steam sauna, dry sauna with forest view, terrace), in accordance with Shiseido Spa conditions.

The physical voucher is presented in an elegant envelope and a Shiseido Spa gift bag, reflecting the brand's refinement and attention to detail.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  1. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Expired or lost vouchers cannot be used, and neither the purchaser nor the voucher holder is entitled to receive any service, product, or monetary compensation based on such vouchers.
  2. Vouchers are transferable and not issued in the name of a specific person.
  3. Vouchers may be value-based or include one or multiple services, depending on the client's choice. Vouchers are valid exclusively for Shiseido Spa services and cannot be used for products or for Beauty District products and services.
  4. A voucher may be used in a single visit or across multiple visits until the services or total value are fully used, provided this occurs before the expiration date. All services included in the voucher are available strictly by prior appointment made at the Spa reception.
  5. Vouchers must remain at the Shiseido Spa reception as proof of payment for the performed service. If additional services or remaining value exist, the voucher will be returned for future use within its validity period, or any price difference may be settled directly at the Spa reception. In the case of value vouchers with remaining balance, the voucher will be returned to the holder after the Spa reception notes the remaining amount on it.
  6. Services listed on treatment-specific vouchers cannot be changed or personalized. Predefined packages (such as "journeys" or "bathing ceremonies") may only be used by a single person on the scheduled date. An exception applies to value vouchers, where services of equal, lower, or higher value than the voucher amount may be selected. If the selected services exceed the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the Spa reception. If the service value is lower than the voucher amount, the voucher will be returned for future use, within its validity period.
  7. Service prices included in vouchers correspond to weekday (Monday–Friday) rates, regardless of whether the services are used on weekdays or weekends.
  8. All services associated with vouchers are provided in accordance with the terms published on our website, under Electronic Voucher Terms and Conditions – Stejarii Country Club.
