At Stejarii Country Club, there is a strong community of women — active, confident, and inspirational — who understand that health, energy, and balance are not optional, but essential.

LadyPower 40+ is a comprehensive program that combines proper education, periodic assessments, and personalized training sessions tailored to female physiology at this stage of life.

The goal is not to simply "survive" menopause, but to live a high-quality life with strength, autonomy, clarity, and confidence in your own body.

Created and coordinated by Iulia Popa, Fitness Manager at Stejarii Country Club and Menopause Coach, the program is based on the latest scientific research in female physiology, nutrition, and training during peri- and post-menopause.
