The 12 Rounds program aims to initiate you into professional boxing techniques, being a complete workout that provides you both the basic techniques and the specific conditioning. The purpose of this program is to offer you during every training session the opportunity to learn and improve your arm bumps.

Class Structure
The 12 Rounds program class lasts 60 minutes and includes the warm-up part followed by 12 rounds of 3 minutes with a 1 minute break between them, then stretching and breathing techniques.
