I graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures of the University of Bucharest.

I gained experience with clients after years of floristry, working both in the open relationship offered by the floral workshop, as well as from the countless events created by me and the team I was part of.

With 4 years of experience in customer relations, I realized what it means to put the needs of others first. Open and positive, I believe that professionalism consists in progressing day by day to create a pleasant environment for those who want a relaxing day in our SPA.
