Antrenati-va asemeni unui atlet! Verificati programul claselor de grup si includeti antrenamentul dvs. favorit in rutina sportiva zilnica!

*O clasa dureaza 50 de minute; 10 minute sunt destinate curateniei in sala dupa incheierea antrenamentului. 

**Programul poate suferi modificari. Toate modificarile vor fi anuntate cu cel putin 24 de ore in avans. Daca unul dintre antrenori nu poate sustine o clasa (din motive personale sau exceptionale), clasa va fi sustinuta de un alt antrenor (daca acest lucru este posibil).
